Join us for an evening of celebration amongst some of Ireland’s most talented and inspiring entrepreneurs. The evening will commence with a red carpet entrance, welcome reception of drinks and canapés followed by  the main event with guest speaker, band, DJ and goodie bags with amazing sponsors worth €150.

The 2024 Club Women’s Network Female Founder of the Year Awards will be held in The Maryborough Hotel,  Friday 15th Nov 2024.

Lets celebrate women who are ruling the world running their own business. This promises to be a fantastic night. Includes; Reception drinks, 3 course meal, key note speaker, band and of course awards presentation.

Award FAQs

How many awards can I enter?
You can enter a maximum of 2 awards. You must complete one application for each award entered. You will receive an automatic reply and a copy of your responses once submitted. This will help when applying for your second application as you will be able to copy and paste information across.
Can I enter if I was a finalist in last year’s awards?
You are only unable to enter if you won an award in 2023.
If I enter Awards do I need to be there on the night?
We always advise all finalists to be there on the night to maximise the PR opportunities and so that they can also collect their trophy, cheque and have photos taken if they win. It is also an amazing evening and a great opportunity to network, make new friends and have some fun ! However, we do also understand that due to some circumstances you may not be able to attend.
If I am nominated for an award do I need to apply for the category I have been nominated in?
It’s always nice when someone is thinking of you and you are nominated. However the final choice is yours as to which categories you wish to enter
I registered my business in 2022 but did not start trading for 18 months. Which category can I enter?

We would use the date your business was registered so you could enter either solopreneur or business of the year if you have 2+ staff.

I am a sole trader but I have not registered with the CRO. Do I need to do this?

Yes you must be registered with the CRO.

Do I need to complete a nomination form to apply to enter the Awards for myself?
No, you can go straight to the Award Application on the website and enter yourself into a maximum of 2 categories.
Why do I need to be a fully paid member on the 28th February 2025?

There will be a lot of PR for the awards winners from The Club and this will run well into 2025 so you must be a member to avail of this.

What is the best picture to be used as part of my application?

The picture will be used for PR and Award Finalist Information on the night and a great headshot can make all the difference.

How can I purchase a ticket?

You can purchase your tickets using the link below. Up until the 31st August we are offering a €50 discount for members and their plus ones. Please use the code Club50 to avail of this discount.

If I want to bring additional family/friends/colleagues can I purchase extra tickets?
Yes non members can purchase tickets for €150. If you are interested in buying tickets for a table of 10 please email the club direct.
I have already booked to come by myself but If I change my mind and decide to bring someone, can I still get my plus one ticket at a discounted rate?
Up until the 31st August you can bring your plus one at a discounted rate. After this date you can still purchase additional tickets for €150.
