The first event of 2023 got off to a great start with the theme being Self Care, Support & Strategy. Our speakers were Sarah McGarry of sarahmcgarry.ie, Fiona Long of Innerzen Organics and Aisling Vaughan of Ayrie, all of whom provided fantastic value. Of course there was time to network, build connection and enjoy some tasty drinks courtesy of our friends at Kinsale Spirit Co & nibbles at the fabulous Metropole Hotel, Cork.
